Vicky says her desire is to inspire those who have already given up, letting women know that nothing is impossible if you do WIT- Whatever It Takes.

I used to be a struggling single mother, driving 3-hrs to work a job that could barely spare $25 a month. In 2014, I left everything behind in California and moved to Jackson, MS. The real estate agent I spoke with prior to driving across the country disappeared into thin air, I ended up alone and homeless in a new city. I had to sell the things I brought with me on eBay. With just $500 left and help from new friends, I was able to get my first investment property. In less than 4 years I now own 58 single family rental homes that provide passive income.

Within the same span of time, I was able to flip a number of single family properties and multi family homes, some I still own, most were sold within 10-30days. From doing things on my own, I now have a team that helps me get everything done, from acquiring properties, flipping, and putting properties back in the market.
